There are so many one star reviews for this property that aren't really fair. Let me start off by saying, this is a budget hotel. It is one step up from a hostel so don't expect any luxuary; this is reflected in the price - I paid £50 a night which included breakfast. The hotel is located a 5 minute walk from Paddington station and is easy to find. The staff were great, very friendly and helpful. You have to take the stairs to your room, and there are 4 stories, so if you have issues climbing stairs make sure you let them know before you book! The rooms are small, the bathrooms are even smaller, to me I didn't care. I just wanted a bed to sleep in and hot water to shower in - Everything worked fine. The rooms were cleanish. They weren't sparkingling but they weren't dirty. For a budget hotel it did just fine. It dropped a star due to my shower drain being slightly blocked. I would stay again.
Our stay was very nice. Very attentive staff, the receptionist speaks Spanish and serves you well. English breakfasts are typical. Although it would be nice some fruit or pastries. The hotel's location is very central. Our room had a broken toilet partition. My rating. Quality, service, price is: 7
Cosy and clean, tv with loads of channels in room, en suite, kettle etc. Really good full breakfast. Great value for a London hotel.

Great location for Hyde Park, room was nice and clean, fresh and warm. The receptionists were a bit sad faced though no warm welcome even spoke between them that we had to pay for the room when we already paid online. But it's London so you'll hardly get service with a smile. If you need somewhere to stay without the bells and whistles then this is your place.
Nice for an overnight stay the staff are very friendly and there are some nice bars around the area and very close to paddington station
Basic, comfortable and clean accommodation at a very reasonable price for central London. Less than 10 minutes from Paddington Station and good bus services near by. Edgeware Road is within walking distance which offers a good range of restaurants, many of them offering Halal food.
Great hotel with fantastic staff and service. Everyone was so friendly, helpful and kind. Will definitely book again. Thank you.
